Aprile acquires Santandrea S.R.L

On October 16, 2024, the Pacorini Group finalized the sale of Santandrea S.r.l. to Aprile S.p.A., within the Savino Del Bene Group, a leader in freight forwarding with over 125 years of experience.

Founded in 1989 in Trieste, Santandrea is recognized nationally and internationally as a trusted and professional company, thanks to its skilled professionals.

"The reasons behind this decision stem from the belief that Santandrea’s entry into the Savino Del Bene Group will offer an opportunity for growth and business development," says Enrico Pacorini, CEO of the Pacorini Group. Aprile considers “this acquisition an important step due to the strategic position of the port of Trieste, which is highly valuable both for Aprile, expanding its presence in Italy, and for the entire Savino Del Bene Group.
