Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients

  • Drive new business acquisition in international freight forwarding (import/export)

  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers

  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships

  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery

  • Manage CRM updates and reporting activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within freight forwarding or logistics

  • Good command of English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commercial mindset and negotiation skills

  • Organised with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Valid driving licence

  • Based in Catania or surrounding areas
