Responsibilities
Manage and organize ocean export and import shipments
Coordinate FCL and LCL shipments
Issue bills of lading and manage vessel bookings
Liaise with customers, agents and overseas partners
Provide customer support throughout the shipping process
Requirements
Experience in ocean freight operations or customer service within freight forwarding
Good organizational and communication skills
Team-oriented and proactive mindset
Good command of English preferred
Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
